Salad Cocktail "Vernissage"

Required Products:

100 g Canned salmon oil

100 g Canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

50 g hard cheese

1 pcs. boiled egg

1/2 pcs. sweet red pepper

2 Art. l. mayonnaise

ground black pepper, salt to taste

For registration:

sweet red pepper, herbs

Cheese cut into small cubes. Separate the egg white from the yolk and rub on a small grater. Peas separate from zalivki.Podgotovlennye salad ingredients are layered into glasses or wine glasses in the following order: egg white, mashed salmon, peas and cheese.

Each layer of pepper, pour mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated egg yolk. Arrange salad peppers and herbs.
