4 slices corn bread

3-4 Feather green onions

2 eggs

1 avocado

1 tablespoons lemon juice



1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp soy sauce

balsamic vinegar (optional, to taste)

With the help of a glass to cut out slices of bread circles, put them in shape for tartlets / muffins, bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 8-10 until crisp condition, remove from oven, allow to cool.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds, peel, sprinkle with lemon juice, peel the eggs.

Eggs and avocado crushed using a blender, mash with a fork or rub on a grater.

Green onions finely chopped, add to the avocado and eggs, pour soy sauce, add the vinegar, oil, pepper, salt and mix well.
