The dough is prepared in advance.

The dough should have a smooth, put it on a dusted flour surface, divide in half, roll out each ball, put on a powdered flour a baking sheet, cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator.

To get the dough out of the fridge for 1-2 hours before cooking.

Bacon fry until crunch, put on a paper towel, cut each ball of dough to roll out on a surface floured with a diameter of about 30 cm

Sprinkle each circle with half of the Parmesan, mozzarella and bacon, top break 3 eggs, pepper and salt.

Put the pizza on a baking tray that is installed on the lower level of the oven, preheated to 260 degrees, baked pizza for Breakfast with eggs, bacon and cheese about 10 minutes until Golden brown before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs and served immediately.
