2 tomatoes

200 g fish fillets

60 g olives, pitted

2 Art. l. grated hard cheese

? chopped basil



1 h. l. oregano

175 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

1 h. l. yeast

60 g vegetable oil

Mix the flour with yeast and salt, adding 20 g of an oil and warm water. Knead the dough and put it in a warm place for 45 minutes, roll out the layer and place into shape.

Cut the fish fillets into pieces, chop the tomatoes and olives cut into circles.

Saut the tomatoes in oil with basil.

Prepared tomato mass lay on the dough, put a layer on top of the fish, sprinkle with oregano. Put the olives and sprinkle everything with grated cheese, drizzle with oil.

Bake pizza at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
