1 kg fish

10 g butter

2 head onions

1 root parsley



1 root celery

1/2 Cup tomato paste

1 tbsp. flour

1 tsp. vinegar

Bay leaf

The fish is washed and cut, removing all the bones, fillets, then cut into large portioned pieces.
