700 g peeled tomatoes

320-340 ml tomato juice

30 g salt

10 g sugar

2 g citric acid

Tomatoes are very carefully washed, put in a colander for 1-2 minutes dipped in boiling water and cool immediately in cold water, remove the peel.

Rinse the peeled tomatoes with water, put in jars, pour the tomato juice or boiling brine (1 liter of water 30 grams of salt, 10 grams of sugar and 2 g of citric acid).

Next whole skinless salted tomatoes covered with the cap and sterilized for 20 minutes in boiling water, then immediately rolled and cooled caps.
