150 ml vegetable oil

100 ml balsamic/vinegar

1 shallot

1-2 tbsp. sour cream 25-30%

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. spices (dried salad herbs)

white pepper

salt

This French cream sauce will add unique touches to almost any salad - they can be refilled as vegetable salads with the addition of seafood, fish or meat, green leafy salads.

Of spices-herbs need to take oregano, Basil, thyme, dill, parsley, celery.

Mix herbs with vinegar, salt and pepper, very finely chop the shallots, add to the sauce, put the mustard, thoroughly mix.

Add in the cream sauce, whisk stir until smooth, if necessary even add salt and pepper sauce.

Keep creamy French dressing for salads should be refrigerated, but not more than 2 hours.
