1 PCs chicken

250 g onion

250 g mushrooms

100 g bacon

2 tbsp. red pepper powder

2 tbsp. melted butter

1 tsp. dried thyme

1 garlic - clove

250 ml dry red wine

1,5 glass bouillon cubes chicken . broth

3 tbsp. brandy

1 tsp. potato starch

2 tbsp. wheat flour

Chicken carcass rinse, clean, drain, cut into 6-8 portions of pieces. Each piece RUB salt, pepper, zapaniruyte in flour. Fry in hot oil on all sides. Put the chicken in another bowl.

Bacon cut into small pieces, fry in butter, remaining after roasting chicken. Clean onions. Mushrooms scald, cut into slices.

Saut onions and mushrooms in melted lard 15 minutes. Then put fried chicken, thyme, add the wine and 2 cups of broth, simmer covered over low heat for 40 minutes, then add chopped garlic and cook for another 15 minutes.

The remaining broth boiled down by half, season with cognac, salt, pepper. Starch mix with 2 tablespoons of water, pour in the sauce, stirring occasionally.

When serving, put the chicken on a plate with onions and mushrooms, pour the sauce over.
