Borsch "Lvivske"
Ingredients:
2 l water
1 kg bone brain - 1/2
2 PCs beets
5 PCs potatoes
2-3 PCs sausages
2 PCs bow
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 PCs carrots
1 PCs parsley root
2 tsp. sugar
6 PCs black pepper
2 PCs Bay leaves

Cook bone broth.
Separately until soft boil the beets in their skins, peel, cut into strips and cook in a pan with the tomato paste 20-30 minutes in butter. Carrot, onion, parsley root to passivate in the pan.
In the broth of potatoes, then beets and other roots, spices, sugar and salt. Cook the soup over medium heat.
Almost finished the soup add sauteed in butter sausages, pre-cut them in small pieces.
When serving, season the soup in bowls with sour cream.
