Pork in brandy and soy marinade
2 kg pork
150 ml brandy
150 ml soy sauce
4 head onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
ground red and black pepper
hops suneli
salt
Cut pork square pieces of 4-5 cm, rings and chop the onion.
Mix pork with onion, pepper both kinds of pepper, spice hops suneli, pour soy sauce, brandy and butter, stir.
Leave the meat to marinate in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Before stringing on the skewer meat with salt.
Fry pork in cognac-soy marinade for 15-20 minutes over the coals on the grill.
