Sauce:

1 glass heavy cream

Cut the meat into slices, a little beat off them, pepper and salt, until ready to fry in butter.

Combine the soy sauce and cream, pepper and bring to a boil, then pour the brandy, boil for 10 minutes.

Form for baking grease, put the meat, pour the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
