Pork baked in Welsh
4 pork chops
50 g butter

1 Art. l. sugar
2 h. l. honey
? h. l. grated ginger
ground black pepper

Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
Combine honey and grated ginger, grate the meat.
Washed, cored apples, peel them from the skin, cut into thin circles.
Baking dish grease, put the meat, it put cups apples.
Melt butter, combine with sugar and lemon juice, stir 2 tablespoons postponed sauce, pour the rest of the pork with apples.
Cover with foil all, preparing pork baked in Welsh, in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 1 hour.
10 minutes before end of baking remove the foil, sprinkle pork with apple sauce deferred.
