Pork chops with apples in honey

1 kg spareribs

30 g honey

30 g butter

3 sour apple

Warm up the butter and honey, bring to a boil, remove from heat.

Clear apples, cut into large slices.

Ribs wash, dry, rub the spices and salt to taste.

At the bottom of the baking tin to put apples on them - ribs, pour all creamy honey sauce, bake for about an hour at 200 degrees in preheated oven.

Before serving on the New Year's table put pork chops with apples in honey on the platter and arrange greens.
