Pork chops in wine for new year
400 g pork ribs
1-2 onions
? glass red dry wine
olive/vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Chop the onion rings, ribs, cut into serving pieces, RUB the spices to taste, black pepper, salt.
Onions fry in butter, add the ribs, fry until Golden brown.
Pour in the ribs wine, put on a slow fire until tender.
Serve pork chops in wine for new year on new year's eve buffet with a side dish of vegetables, watering sauce.
