2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup ketchup
1/2 Cup Apple puree
5 tbsp. lemon juice
pork ribs
1/2 tsp.:
ground cinnamon
garlic powder
paprika
black pepper
salt
Cut the washed and obsushenny ribs into serving pieces (1-2 ribs per serving).
Mix applesauce with sugar, ketchup, lemon juice, paprika, pepper, salt, cinnamon and garlic.
Sliced portions of the ribs in a pot with boiling water and boil for half an hour, then Pat dry, coat the prepared sauce, put on a foil and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about an hour.
