Potatoes with ham "Danish"
250 g grated hard cheese
200 g smoked ham
100 g Parmesan cheese
8 potato tubers
3 onions
3 eggs
1 glass sour cream
2 Art. l. butter

Boil the potatoes in their skins, adding cumin and salt water, then drain the water, potatoes, cleaned and cut into circles.
Combine the grated cheese and sour cream, add the eggs, nutmeg and pepper, whisk.
Dice the onion and ham, fry them in butter.
Lubricate the form of butter, put on the bottom of the onion mixture, followed by potatoes, pour the cream cheese weight, sprinkle with the remaining onion mixture, Parmesan cheese, grated and bake until golden brown all in the oven.
Before serving, arrange the potatoes "Danish" green.
