Potatoes baked with egg
4000 g potatoes
100 g milk
what kind of milk should I choose? we'll show
20 g butter
1 egg
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. grated hard cheese
? tsp. nutmeg
black pepper
salt
Cut the potatoes into plastics.
Grate the garlic to the pan, grease it with oil, put the potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with pepper and salt, and nutmeg.
Combine the egg with the milk, whisking, pour the mixture over the potatoes.
Bake potatoes in the oven at 200 degrees.
For a few minutes until cooked sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese.
