Rather "pie" of minced meat and potatoes
500 g minced
1 onion
garlic
carrot
1 Art. l. ketchup or tomato paste
6 pcs. potatoes
1 egg

Fry the chopped onion with the crushed garlic clove, finely chopped (or grated) carrots, add 500 grams of minced meat. Add 1 tbsp. l. ketchup (tomato paste) and cook for 10 minutes. Cook 6 potatoes, drain, crush with a fork and beat 1 egg, mix thoroughly. Warm up and a glass of milk, whisking mixer potatoes, gradually pour in the milk it, add salt and pepper to taste. Put beef in a pan, on top "cover" minced meat sauce. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 C.
