Pie pancake with minced meat
500 ml milk

500 g mixed minced meat
300 ml flour
100 g ghee
60 ml cream
4 eggs
1 onions
3 tbsp. ketchup
black and red pepper

In bowl combine flour with egg, milk and salt with a mixer to whip, leave the dough for half an hour.
Finely chop the onion, put in half of the melted butter until transparent, then add the meat and fry, add salt and pepper, add the ketchup and cream, boil down a lot on a slow fire, to divide all 4 servings.
The remaining melted butter preheat a pan, cook 4 pancakes, leave them in a warm place.
