Pancake cake with avocado and salmon
Pancake batter:
40 g cheese
1 glass flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 eggs
milk
vegetable fat
sugar
salt
Filling:
200 g salted salmon
75 g mayonnaise
50 g sour cream
avocado
dill
Knead the dough pancake liquid, gradually combining all the ingredients, leave it for half an hour, after which the usual way to bake pancakes.
Peel and finely chop the avocado, connect with estimates, chopped dill, mayonnaise in a blender to whip in a lot of mashed potatoes.
