Pancake pie "Assorted"
2 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
2 glass milk
1 glass cream
100 g butter
3 eggs
2 Art. l. sugar
salt
Filling:
egg
forcemeat
sour cream
Bake on a wide frying pan thin pancakes.
Baking tins greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, put the pancakes on the bottom and edges overlap, beaten egg oiling the joints.
On a layer of pancake spread layer of filling (each layer to do with different fillings), so collect the cake, alternating pancakes and stuffing, the last layer should be pancakes, cover pie hanging edges of pancakes.
Grease the pie with beaten egg, sprinkle with butter or spread on top of cake estimates, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Baked pancake pie "Assorted" until golden brown in the oven.
Before serving pancake pie "Assorted" flip out of the mold onto a plate, place egg and greens.
