Pancake cake with orange
300 g fat cottage cheese
200 g cherry jam, jam or marmalade
100 g fat sour cream
100 g walnuts
100 g prunes pitted
20 pancakes
1 orange
1 a packet of fruit jelly
2 tbsp. honey
berries for decoration
Chop walnuts and prunes in a blender, delay 2 tbsp. nuts for decoration.
Combine nuts and prunes with sour cream, cheese and honey, mix well.
Clear orange from fibres, cut into thin circles.
