Salad with rose petals
2 breast of chicken
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
100 g shrimp or mussels
1 cucumber
2-3 roses of different colors
20-30 g unsalted peanuts or almonds
Basil, cilantro to taste
For the filling:
1 lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
The chicken pour soy sauce and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Shrimp or mussels cook in salted water for about 3 minutes. Mix the filling ingredients, try - whether harmonious taste, adjust additional sugar or lime juice if necessary. Rose rinse thoroughly under running cool water and tear off the petals. Poolsite nuts, chop the cucumber. Mix all ingredients, pour the dressing, in a last sprinkle petals.
