Salad-appetizer "rose" with beets

1 small beets

2 boiled eggs

2 processed cheese

garlic

Marinade:

2 tbsp. vinegar

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. vegetable oil

salt

Beets boil, peel and cut into thin circles, in half again and cut it plastic and marinate the beets in the marinade (mix all the ingredients for it).

Grated RUB eggs, cheese and garlic, combine, add mayonnaise and mix.

Put the salad hill on a flat dish.

Drain the marinade from the beet.
