Beet salad
2 beet
the horseradish root
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
sugar
vegetable oil
cumin
salt
Washed unpeeled beets are boiled. Prepare the marinade. Vinegar diluted with a little water, add salt, sugar, cumin and sliced horseradish. Ready beets peeled, cut into slices, pour the marinade and soak in it for 3 to 24 hours. Before serving, fill with vegetable oil.
