Kebab with lamb and zucchini
1,5 kg mutton flesh
4-5 young zucchini
3 eggs
2,5 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Cut the lamb is not large chunks, zucchini circles, salt, dry zucchini napkins.
Strung zucchini and meat and skewers, alternating, cook on the grill.
