Recipe omelette with zucchini
Ingredients:
120 g zucchini
20 g butter
200 g eggs
160 g milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
Salt to taste
Chop zucchini strips, lightly fry in oil, add a little water and cook until tender.
Put the prepared zucchini in a greased form, fill with eggs, whipped with milk, salt and simmer until cooked in a water bath.
When submitting an omelet out onto a plate, pour the melted butter.
