Mashed zucchini

40 g Zucchini;

2 Art. l. Milk or a mixture;

Zucchini wash under running water, remove the peel and remove seeds, cut into cubes 1x1 cm and cook in double boiler for 7 minutes, or simmered in a pan for 5-6 minutes after the water starts to boil.

Cooked zucchini crushed in a sieve or in a blender, add milk and mix warm and stir for another 2 minutes.
