Cream of zucchini with cheese
100 g potatoes
50 g zucchini
40 g cheese (Parmesan or other)
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces, ready to cook, drain the water.
Cut into slices zucchini, boil for a couple of 8 minutes
Finely grate the cheese.
Mix grated cheese with potatoes and butter, add zucchini, milk, beat with a blender and make puree of zucchini and cheese to the table.
