Zucchini casserole with ham
Ingredients:
4 pcs. zucchini
6 boiled ham - Slices
200 g hard cheese
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 pcs. bay leaves
parsley
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Zucchini peel and seeds, finely chop. Fry them in butter and place on a cloth to remove excess fat.
Cheese slice thick enough long slices.
Put in the form of a layer of zucchini, then - cheese, then - ham. Pepper, salt (salty cheese can not salt), put a bay leaf.
Bake in a preheated 180 � C oven for 5 minutes.
