South Casserole
Ingredients:
2 pcs. eggplant
300 g zucchini
3 pcs. tomatoes
3 Garlic - cloves
3 Art. l. butter
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 pcs. bay leaves
basil
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes peel, wash and cut into slices. Lubricate the form of butter. Place the vegetables in it, alternating layers of eggplant and zucchini with layers of tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil, add finely chopped garlic, bay leaf. Place in preheated to 160-180 � C oven for 1 hour.
Serve hot casserole, sprinkle with chopped basil.
