Fish bigos
REQUIRED PRODUCTS:
400 g sauerkraut
100 g dried mushrooms
400 g fillet salted fish
100 g vegetable oil
2 onions
black pepper
Pour the mushrooms with boiling water and leave for an hour. Then finely chop.
Cabbage and finely chop the onion and fry. Add the butter and mushroom infusion.
Pepper and simmer until tender.
Fish fillets cut into small pieces and add to the vegetables, simmer for another 10 minutes.
Before serving, arrange the vegetables and herbs.
