Pumpkin pancakes
500 g pumpkin
1,5 glass wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
2 PCs egg
3 sugar tablespoons
20 g yeast
2 glass milk
salt to taste
Pour into a saucepan 2 cups lukewarm milk, dissolve the yeast in it, add wheat flour, knead the dough and let it go. Cook the pumpkin, cool it, and RUB through a sieve. Pumpkin puree to put in approaching the dough, add mashed with sugar and salt to the yolks, milk and mix well. Egg whites beat well, carefully enter in the dough and let it rise again. Bake pancakes in the usual way.
