Adzhika smear chicken, pepper and salt and leave for 3 hours.

Roll the chicken in flour, then in beaten egg, breaded in bread crumbs.

Fry the chicken in a pan with oil until golden brown.

Top up the pan a little broth or water, simmer the chicken in breadcrumbs until tender.
