Chicken fried in South
500 g vegetable oil
125 g wheat flour

Pre-soak chicken in milk for a few hours. To do this, put the chicken in a bowl, add 1 tbsp. of salt, pour in the milk, cover and put into the cold.
Put the contents of the bowl into the pan, over medium heat, bring to boil, boil until tender chicken, then bring it down and let it cool down.
Pour the flour in a plastic bag, add 1 tsp. salt, Cayenne pepper, cover and mix by shaking.
