Chicken, fried dumpling, rice
1,5 kg chicken
200 g wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
4 tsp. vegetable oil for chicken - 1 Cup; rice
1 glass water
1 vodka shot
1 tsp. sugar
salt , herbs
2 glass figure
1 onion - head
The chicken, cover with water and cook until tender with salt.
Knead the dough from flour, oil, water, vodka, sugar and salt.
The flesh of the chicken, remove bones, cut into servings. Each portion having a fork, dip in batter, fry in a pan with boiling oil. Remove once browned.
For rice side dish: rice rinse, cover with boiling water, bring to boil, drain the water, rice, salt, add raw onion and pour the boiling water so that it only slightly covered rice. Cook rice steamed until tender, then remove the bulb.
Serve the chicken with rice, and decorate with greens.
