Gnocchi in Ukrainian "Quicksand"
800 g potato raw
400 g potatoes boiled in their skins
200 g mushrooms
100 g smoked brisket
50 g butter

Quicksand - Ukrainian version of the Lithuanian dumplings.
Peel and finely chop the mushrooms and onion and fry together in butter, pepper and salt.
Raw peel the potatoes, RUB on a small grater, put in a colander lined with cheesecloth, pressing, decanting the liquid.
Boiled peel the potatoes, cut in a meat grinder or RUB on a grater, mix with raw potatoes, mushrooms, cornstarch, pepper and salt.
Blind from potato dough with wet hands round dumpling the size of a walnut.
Finely chop bacon and a second onion.
Quicksand boil, put in boiling salted water, when they will emerge, reduce heat, boil them for 15-20 minutes
Brisket with onions fry and at the end add the greens.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the species from the water, put on a plate, sprinkle with bacon.
