Zeppelins (potato zrazy)
12 raw potatoes
4 boiled potatoes
250 g pork meat
1 onion
2 tbsp. starch
salt, spices to taste
For the sauce:
150 g smoked bacon
2 bulbs
4 tbsp. sour cream
Peel raw potatoes and grate it on a fine grater, squeeze through cheesecloth, add starch, salt and mix with boiled potatoes, put through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion, add spices and mix with the stuffing. Blind from potato pulp oblong cups, inside put the stuffing and form zrazy in the form of airships.
In boiling salted water, carefully one by one to lower the zeppelins, trying to keep the water continued to boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes. For the sauce bacon cut into cubes and cook until melted. Add finely chopped onion and fry until Golden brown. Add sour cream.
If desired, the finished zeppelins can fry in vegetable oil. Before submitting the zeppelins pour over the sauce.
