Zrazy with mushrooms Pork
750 g pork (ham)
500 g fungi
200 ml sour cream
125 g onions
100 ml vegetable oil
50 g flour

50 g butter
25 g breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp red pepper
parsley
pepper, salt
Cut the ham for 10 identical plastic (as schnitzel).
Clear, finely chop the onion, saute in butter, put the chopped mushrooms (if dried mushrooms cooked, they must be overcome), put out until complete evaporation of the liquid, allow to cool, mix with chopped herbs, egg, pepper and salt and mix well.
Put cooked stuffing on plastic pork, twist them into rolls, while tucking the ends inside the meat, put in a pan with hot oil, place in preheated oven for half an hour.
For the sauce, bring to a boil 2 cups of broth, add the flour and mix with butter, mix well to avoid lumps formed, boil for 20 minutes, add sour cream and boil for 10 minutes, strain the sauce.
Drizzle sauce zrazy, put another 20 minutes in the oven.
Zrazy served with mushrooms pork with a side dish of boiled rice.
