Oatmeal Cookies with pears
100 g butter
2 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1 pear
1/2 cup walnut
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground ginger
salt
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
Butter to soften, with sugar, pour the egg and mix until smooth, add the milled nuts, oatmeal flakes and mix.
Pear rub on a grater, add to the rest mass.
Mix the flour with spices and baking powder, sift in the prepared mixture and mix.
Balls molded from a mixture of small-sized balls formed into cakes of (non-fat).
Put tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment, then oatmeal cookies with pears baked until browned in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
