Traditional Finnish oatmeal cookies with raisins
400 g oatmeal
300 g flour

250 g butter
250 g sugar
200 g raisins
100 ml cream/milk
1 egg
3 tsp. baking powder
Beat butter with sugar, beat the egg, stir until smooth.
Mix all dry ingredients, add the mixture to the egg-oil mass, stir, add the cream or milk, stir again until smooth.
Cover the baking pan with parchment paper, put the dough in a neat cakes.
Bake traditional Finnish oatmeal cookies with raisins at a temperature of 200 degrees for 10 minutes, before serving hot biscuits, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
