Oatmeal cookies

150 g butter or margarine

0.5 glass sugar

1 egg

lemon peel and a pinch of vanilla

2 glass oatmeal

1 Art. l. nuts or almonds

Oatmeal pour into a sieve and sift muchel (weed flour). Flakes on a baking tray and pour warm in the oven to give them a taste of roasted nuts and yellow-brown.
