Baked Polish mushrooms in sour cream
1 kg fresh white mushrooms
100 g butter

1 glass sour cream
2 Art. l. flour
2 Art. l. white table wine
2 Art. l. grated hard cheese
1 Art. l. chopped dill
ground black pepper
salt
Clear Rinse mushrooms, cut into slices and fry in a pan with hot butter for 20-25 minutes, add salt at the beginning of cooking.
Arrange the mushrooms in a pot (clay refractory) and pepper, sprinkle with flour, pour in warm salted sour cream, white wine, simmer in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the mushrooms in the pot and sprinkle with grated cheese melted butter, bake for another 5-7 minutes.
Before serving baked Polish mushrooms in sour cream, sprinkle with herbs, served hot in a pot.
