Baked potatoes with mushrooms and onions
8-10 potatoes of medium size
7-8 mushrooms
1 glass low-fat sour cream
2 bulbs
13 glass grated cheese
2-3 tablespoons melted butter
breadcrumbs
greens
salt
Boil the potatoes, drain, cut into pieces. Chop and fry the mushrooms, mix them with fried chopped onions, salt mixture. Small form size brush melted butter, put a thin layer of potatoes, season with salt, then a layer of mushrooms with onions, butter, then another layer of potatoes. Pour sour cream on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven until melted and Browning of the cheese. Serve in the same form or neatly put in a wide dish and sprinkle with herbs.
