Potatoes and ham, baked with cheese
1 kg baked potatoes
1 large onions
170 g ham
300 ml chicken broth
2 Art. l. wheat flour

500 g Swiss cheese
Potatoes cut into thin slices. Finely chop the onion. In a small rectangular baking dish stacked layers potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Thin plastic lay on top of ham. Again, put a layer of potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, combine the chicken broth with the flour. Place over medium heat and cook the mixture to make it a little tough. Pour the warm broth on top of the potatoes with ham. Top liberally sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated 190C oven for 50-60 minutes, the cheese should melt and acquire a golden hue. Turn off the oven and leave it right there for 5 minutes. You can then divide the dish into portions and serve.
