Potatoes with mushrooms, baked in the oven
Onion peel and finely chop. Garlic peel and grate. Rinse mushrooms, cleaned cut into small cubes and boil in salted water for a minute. The broth was not drained.

Add onion and garlic to the mushrooms, pour sour cream, sprinkle with oregano, black pepper, salt, add the melted butter, stir and bring to a boil over moderate heat.
Rinse potatoes, peel, cut into 4-8 pieces and smooth dense layer put on a greased baking sheet or baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, then pour the sour cream and mushroom sauce and bake for another 40-45 minutes until tender.
The finished dish sprinkle with chopped dill.
