Tuna "Sydney"
1 round bread
8 lettuce
Filling:
185 g canned tuna
12 olives, pitted
2 sweet pepper
4 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. parsley
pepper
salt
Bread pulp carefully cut so that it was possible to prepare the sandwiches out of it.
Cut the flesh into thin long stripes.
Tuna mash with a fork, add the sour cream, pepper fry on the grill (on the grid), allow to cool, remove the peel, add the pepper flesh of the fish, add the chopped parsley, pepper and salt and mix well.
Spread the filling strips of bread, rolls roll, wrap in foil, put into the cold for a few hours, then get and cut sandwiches with tuna "Sydney" slices.
