Tuna salad with capers
For the recipe You will need:
4 PCs egg
1 PCs sweet pepper (green)
1 sweet pepper (yellow) - pod
4 PCs tomatoes
salt - to taste
1 tuna (in own juice) - Bank
black pepper (freshly ground) to taste
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
6 tbsp. olive oil
200 g olives
2 tbsp. capers
4 tbsp. tomato paste
1 garlic - clove
1/2 PCs baguette
parsley for decoration
Sweet pepper cut into strips. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them from the skin and cut into strips of fruit pulp. Mash the tuna in a colander.
To prepare the dressing, mix salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Place in a bowl the tomatoes, peppers, tuna, olives and capers. Pour over the dressing and mix.
Prepare the tomato-garlic paste, mix tomato paste with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of water and passing it through the press peeled garlic. The taste of her salt and pepper.
Cut the baguette into 8 slices and roast them in the oven. Remove from the oven slices of bread and still hot spread their tomato-garlic paste. Arrange the fried bread slices on 4 plates and put them in the salad. Hard-boil eggs, peel and cut into 4 pieces. Add to each plate for 4 quarters eggs.
