Omelet with cheese
4 pcs. egg
120 g grated cheese
1 Art. l. flour

2 Art. l. milk
20 g butter
0.5 Art. l. chopped parsley
ketchup sauce
salt
Beat eggs with cheese, flour and milk, salt. Melt butter in a frying pan. Omelet fry on both sides. Sprinkle with herbs and serve hot with tomato sauce ketchup.
