Salad with fish balls
For this recipe you will need:
500 g fish (fillet)
1 garlic (crushed) - clove
1 pcs. Ginger (crushed piece)
2 pcs. onion
1 pcs. tomato (large)
lime juice (lemon) - to taste
1 Art. l. soy sauce
2 Art. l. red onion (fried until brown)
vegetable fat
salt, pepper - to taste
Chinese parsley (cilantro) - to taste
Rinse, peel and chop the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and ginger. To drive the stuffing egg. Dazzle balls and fry in deep fat until brown. Remove from the pan and put in a bowl.
Thinly slice the tomatoes. Fish balls cut into thin strips; put in a saucepan and mix with salt, lime juice and sauce; then add the oil from frying and stir thoroughly. Garnish with chopped onions and coriander leaves (if any).
